The purposes as stated under clause 3 in the Memorandum of Association of The Oxygen Therapy Centre Limited are: The Company’s objects are: To aid and improve for the public benefit the condition of those suffering from multiple sclerosis also sports injuries and other medical conditions for which Hyper Baric Oxygen (hereinafter referred to as HBO) would be beneficial by any lawful means including any of the following means:- a. By bringing together persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions for which HBO would be beneficial and persons interested in multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions. b. By providing advice, guidance and moral and practical support for persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions compatible with HBO therapy. c. By providing therapy for persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, sports injuries and other medical conditions compatible with HBO therapy.
