To educate and assist young persons and young adults through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and their condition of life may be improved and in furtherance of that object to provide a centre for meetings, lectures, outdoor pursuits and other forms of leisure time occupation for the benefit of such persons.
