The objects of the company shall be: (a) the promotion for the public benefit of urban and rural regeneration in the Toomebridge area and its environs (the "area of benefit"), being an area of social and economic deprivation, by all or any of the following means; *the relief of poverty in such ways as may be thought fit *the relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment; *the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience; *the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings and/or land for use on favourable terms; *the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities; *the provision of recreational facilities for the public at large or those who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances have need of such facilities *the provision of public health facilities *the protection and preservation of health. (b) to advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of art.
