Charitable purposes

Purpose To advance education, relieve unemployment and develop the capacity and skills of individuals aged 16 and over with learning disabilities and learning difficulties (hereinafter called “the beneficiaries”), and in particular: (a) to provide, or assist in the provision of, programmes of education, including accredited and vocational training designed to assist the beneficiaries to lead to employment and volunteering opportunities and to enhance their personal development; (b) to provide support and guidance to the beneficiaries in the transition towards employment; (c) to establish and manage community-owned-business projects promoted by the company to create training and employment opportunities for the beneficiaries in the area of benefit; (d) to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the directors may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
