Charitable purposes

The Company is established to relieve poverty and sickness of people with disabilities (hereinafter called the beneficiaries) in Africa (hereinafter called the area of benefit) and other areas that the committee may from time to time decide without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic origin, political or religious opinion, in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the beneficiaries and in particular to: a) Advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of financial support or providing or assisting in the provision of training whether vocational or otherwise and in addition to provide specialised services and specialised equipment designed to enhance employment opportunities for such persons; b) Provide facilities for personal development skills, confidence building, assertiveness and life skills including job training and other programmes for the beneficiaries with the object of improving their conditions of life
