The partnership is established to: Promote a peaceful, inclusive, prosperous, healthy, safe and fair founded on thee achievements of reconciliation, tolerance and mutual trust and the protection of human rights for all residents of Bellaghy. The Partnership will, at all times , abide by section 75 to the Northern Ireland Act (1998) formerly known as the Good Friday Agreement, and will have due regard to the need to promote equality of opportunity:- Between persons of different religious belief, political opinion, racial group, age, marital status or sexual orientation.
