The Company is established to relieve poverty, to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health among people aged 50+ (hereinafter called “Senior Citizens” or “the Beneficiaries”) in Newtownabbey Borough and its environs of Co. Antrim (“the area of benefit”) without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, disability/ability, race, political, religious or other opinion, and in particular to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the education, recreation and leisure time occupation of senior citizens who by reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities
