Charitable purposes

The Forum is established to advance citizenship and community development and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Sandy Row/Mid-Donegall Road area of South Belfast and its environs (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic identity, disability, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education; relieve poverty, unemployment and youth and to protect and preserve health for the benefit of said inhabitants a) To promote any other purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit which is now or hereafter deemed to be charitable by the law of Northern Ireland.
