Charitable purposes

The charity’s Objects are: (i) To promote, maintain and practice the Christian religion in accordance with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (ii) To promote the benefits of the Christian religion to the inhabitants of Northern Ireland particularly, and Ireland generally by supporting the establishment of places for the worship of God and the provision of facilities for believers to practice their faith. (iii) The advancement of the Christian religion through: (a) the public broadcasting of Christian educational content and evangelistic teachings; (b) public prayer meetings; (c) public lectures; (d) the publication and distribution of sacred texts and literature on the Christian religion for public enlightenment; and (e) provision, to church members and non-members alike, of services of worship and religious teachings. (iv) Improving lives through co-operation with local voluntary organisations, assisting other organisations with the relief of poverty and with the advancement of education. (v) The provision of recreational and leisure time pursuits in the interests of the public welfare generally.
