3.1 The Group is established to promote the benefit of young people, adults and families in WEST BELFAST (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) and to develop their emotional, physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved, and to encourage parents of such young people to provide mutual support and encouragement to each other and their children (by means of providing education in parenting skills) (or other methods as may be lawfully charitable).
