(2) To promote arts and culture by: (a) providing instruction and tuition in various art forms, including film and digital media, drama, performance, music, and literature; (b) organising, promoting and presenting screenings, performances, readings, exhibitions and other events and encouraging and facilitating participation in arts activities.
