(b) To encourage participation in the arts and Irish cultural activities through the provision of workshops, classes, entertainment and other participative activities. (c) To provide office accommodation and other workspaces, facilities and services to encourage the development of the arts and the Irish culture. (d) To maintain and manage a cultural and arts centre for activities promoted by the company in furtherance of the above objects,
