(c) To advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of arts, crafts and the creative industries by establishing and operating a permanent gallery and multi-purpose space for the holding of exhibitions, cultural events, workshops, seminars and classes. (d) The provision of an information and support network for emerging artists, craftspersons and creative industry businesses.
