The band is established to advance education and appreciation of the Orange and Ulster-Scots cultures and especially accordion playing and it’s musical culture and its environs and in particular to: a) advance education about Orange and Ulster-Scots history, traditions and culture; b) to promote associated traditional accordion music, song, dance and literature in all its forms; c) to educate the general public by promoting awareness of the music and cultural heritage of Orangeism and Ulster-Scots and in particular the accordion band tradition
