Charitable purposes
The Company is established to: A) enhance the development and education of children of 14 years of age and under by encouraging parents guardians to understand and provide for the needs of their children by:- (i) offering appropriate after school sessional day-care facilities on a charitable non-trading basis. Parents/carers will have the right to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the Company, ensuring that the Company offers opportunities for all children regardless of religion, culture, race or means; and (ii) Encouraging the study of the needs of such children and their families and promoting public interest in and recognition of such needs of such children and their families in the local areas; and B) Support the values and principles of Playboard.
