Charitable purposes

The Charity is established for the advancement of education and the promotion of the arts for the benefit of public primarily in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and elsewhere hereinafter called 'the area of benefit' by: (i) Experimenting with various and original styles of performance, always with an emphasis on the physical and energetic in order to produce exciting interpretations of established texts. (ii) Researching, writing, directing and performing new plays that are sensitive to the local environment and important to the local community. (iii) Promoting public engagement in the arts including establishing a multi-artform hub and educational and outreach programmes such as workshops designed for school children and older people to assist in the development of communication skills and social inclusion. (iv) Writing, directing, performing and teaching theatrical pieces that are popular and relevant to the lives of people in the area of benefit.
