By her will, Mabel Stanley Chapman (who died on 02.07.1994) bequeathed one third of the residue of her estate to the Religious Society of Friends in Ireland and asked that the fund created should be called 'The Robert and Kezia Stanley Chapman Trust' in memory of her parents, the income to be used for charitable purposes. To quote from the will, the income of the Trust is to be used 'for charitable purposes including relief and mission work at home or abroad'. Only the income (or accumulated income) from the Trust can be distributed.
