The Bureau is established to promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Coleraine, Ballymoney and Moyle Council areas without distinction of age, disability, gender, race, cultural identity, political, religious or other opinion by the promotion of voluntary activity which relieves poverty, sickness, disablement and old age, and advances education, in the interest of social welfare for the improvement of the conditions of life of the inhabitants.
