Charitable purposes

The Company’s objects are to: (i) Advance the education of the public by, in particular, carrying out research into (a) the effects of war and conflict on children, young people, adults, families and communities in Northern Ireland and internationally, where war and conflict occurs and (b) ways of relieving the suffering of children, young people, adults, families and communities who have suffered from conflict and violence and (c) To publish the useful results of such research. (ii) To relieve poverty, suffering and distress of those children, young people families and communities in Northern Ireland and elsewhere who have suffered from conflict, war and violence, in particular by giving advice and support to persons and agencies concerned with alleviating their suffering.
