The Charity is established for (a) the education of immediate past pupils as defined in Clause 1.7, (b) the promotion of the arts, culture and sciences for the good of pupils currently attending Saint Joseph's Boys School, Westway, Creggan, Derry, Northern Ireland. Clause 1.7: The term immediate past pupil shall mean any person who was a pupil at the said school for four or more continuous years prior to leaving the school and who seeks assistance within two years of leaving the school.
