To advance education through the arts in Northern Belfast and to promote and develop the arts in that area To encourage appreciation for the participation in community arts and creative arts of people in North Belfast To encourage and stimulate the artistic creativity of people in North Belfast To co-ordinate the provision of advice support training and facilities for purpose of the encouragement and stimulation of artistic creativity of the people in North Belfast To identify facilities for the training of young people and the others in the creative arts To provide and secure the provision of educational and recreational facilities in North Belfast To provide or secure the provision of advice, training and information and refer those persons in need to professional assistance to relevant agencies To promote and carry out or assist in the promotion and carrying out of research, surveys and investigations and to publish the results thereof To organise or assist in organising meetings, lectures, classes and exhibitions and to publish and assist in the publication of reports, periodicals, recordings, books or other documents or information
