Charitable purposes
The Management Committee is established to manage the Ballinderry Memorial Hall for the purpose of addressing social disadvantage and inclusion by making available facilities to the community of Ballinderry without distinction of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, political, religion or any other opinion, with the aim of improving quality of life for such inhabitants. The Management Committee is committed to the promotion of equal opportunities for all including, staff and volunteers within the organisation and to deal fairly and equitably with members and affiliated groups. To restore, regenerate, maintain and manage the Memorial Hall for the purpose of improving the wellbeing for the inhabitants of Ballinderry. To get local people of all ages involved in the use of the hall. To identify the individual and collective needs of the area. To improve facilities by liaising with statutory bodies, voluntary organisations in an effort to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation, or other, leisure-time occupation, with the objective of improving the conditions of life. To increase awareness of needs and promote avenues of change for the benefit of the community of Ballinderry.
