Charitable purposes

The Association is established to promote the preservation and protection of mental health among people of all ages in Cookstown/Magherafelt and surrounding areas by providing or assisting in the provision of appropriate locally based counselling services for those in need. 1. to provide a free counselling service, at point of access to service user, to people from all communities for the benefit of the general public (within the "area of benefit"); 2. to promote mental well-being of all people accessing such services; c. to promote the preservation and protection of mental health among people of all ages by providing or assisting in the provision of appropriate locally-based counselling services for those in need who would not otherwise be able to avail of such services through lack of means.
