Charitable purposes
The Association is established to advance education and promote community development for the benefit of the residents in the Dree, Legananny and Moybrick areas (hereinafter described as ‘the area of benefit’). Regardless of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, the Association will keep people socially active by the provision of recreational, educational and leisure time activities in the interests of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life and to ensure that all residents within the area of benefit maintain a healthy mind and body. The Association will provide opportunities to advance the knowledge and appreciation of the Ulster-Scots language and culture for all those that reside in the area of benefit.
