To promote the physical, intellectual, emotional, personal and social development of people of all ages and abilities in the area of benefit including children, families, carers, youth, new citizens, those suffering disability and the elderly who are experiencing social or economic deprivation by providing a range of appropriate health and well-being, social, recreational, community development, community safety and advice centred activities C. To promote engagement between the citizens of the area of benefit on a cross-community and inter-generational basis as appropriate to create social cohesion and positive relationships between people and groups in the area of benefit.
