Charitable purposes

The Trustees shall apply the moneys forming the Income Fund for the following purposes: (a) In payment of the expenses of the Trust including the payment of any Agent employed by them to collect the rents and manage and supervise the real property of the Trust (b) In the repair and maintenance and improvement of such real property (c) In the creation at their discretion of a reserve fund for future repair maintenance and improvement of such real property (d) In the repayment by instalments rateably of all moneys received by them as “repayable loans” provided that in the event of the death of any lender, or in case of individual hardship the Trustees in their absolute discretion may repay any sum loaned to them by way of repayable loan in priority to ant other such loan and may repay the same out of any part of the “Capital Fund” (e) To make donations to or for the benefit of any of the following Churches: i. Dungiven Parish Church ii. Bovevagh Parish Church iii. Banagher Parish Church iv. Dungiven Presbyterian Church v. Bovevagh Presbyterian Church Provided that the total amount of such donations in any one year shall not exceed one third of the balance of income arising in that year and remaining after providing for expenditure under sub-clauses (a) and (b) of this paragraph (f) Subject to sub-clauses (a) to (e) hereof the Trustees shall pay any balance of income in their hands at the end of each year to the Treasurer of the Parish of Dungiven (Church of Ireland) as an addition to the sustentation fund of such parish
