The objects of the group are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Manor Street/Cliftonville area (hereinafter called "the area of benefit") through the provision of educational and recreational facilities without distinction of sex, sexual orientation race or of political, religious or other options, and by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, preserve and protect the environment and to provide such facilities in the interest of the social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
