Charitable purposes
The Group is established to promote community development for the public benefit through the advancement of education, amateur sport, relief of isolation, and promotion of health of people living in the South Londonderry district council area (hereinafter called ‘the beneficiaries’), and in particular to: (a) Provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving conditions of life for the beneficiaries; (b) Raise awareness among the general public of the needs for community, social, sporting and recreational activities.
