• To develop the capacity and the skills of the members of the Polish community in Northern Ireland and those who are preparing to come to Northern Ireland, in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs, are aware of their rights and entitlements and can participate more fully in Northern Ireland society. • To advance the education of the public in Polish culture and cultural diversity and to provide education programmes to the Polish community to support language needs and improve employability. • To support and co-operate with those organisations and groups which defend and articulate the views of ethnic minority communities in Northern Ireland.
