Charitable purposes

The Company’s objects are to promote the advancement of health and wellbeing of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (hereinafter called ‘the beneficiaries’ and ‘the area of benefit’), without distinction of age; gender; disability; sexual orientation; nationality; ethnic identity; political, religious or other opinion; and in particular:- 3.1.1 By associating with the said inhabitants, statutory authorities, community organisations, voluntary bodies and any other organisations with a common interest to improve health and wellbeing with the object of improving the conditions of life for the beneficiaries including to advance education; to advance citizenship or community development; to provide community services and facilities in the interests of social and recreational welfare such as counselling and mentoring, an e-cafe/training suite, a community gymnasium, and physical activity outreach schemes 3.1.2 To provide, deliver, maintain, manage, equip co-operate or assist with any other organisation with similar common interests in the maintenance of a centre(s), services, amenities, or facilities in the area of benefit.
