The objects of the Trust shall be the relief of people within the Upper Bann Electoral Constituency and elsewhere who are in conditions of need, hardship, distress or sickness arising from pregnancy, abortion, physical or sexual abuse, the breakdown of family life and personal relationships and the advancement of the education of the public within the said area on matters relating to such conditions.
