The Objects of the Society are to promote, maintain and advance education in N. Ireland, in particular the Lecale area, by the presentation of public events including, for example, exhibitions, concerts and recitals, musical dramatisation and other forms of musical and dramatic entertainment for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability/ability, race, political, religious or other opinion and in particular to advance education by the provision of appropriate courses, lectures, seminars, concerts, recitals, competitions and workshops.
