Charitable purposes

The Charity’s object is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Tullycarnet and surrounding areas (the “area of benefit”) without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, disability, or political, religious or other opinion and in particular to:- (1) Advance community development and citizenship in the area of benefit through the promotion of the community and voluntary sector by providing such groups and organisations with facilities, amenities and support. (2) Advance education and training for the public benefit through: a. the provision of programmes of education and training designed to improve the employability of young people and any other socially or economically disadvantaged people in the area of benefit; b. the provision of day-care facilities for young children. (3) Relieve of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. (4) Promote and support social enterprise and other sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration.
