Charitable purposes

1) To promote as much as we can within our power the interests of all renal patients in Northern Ireland 2) To support and/or organise social events and activities for renal patients and their families and carers 3) To provide access to information on renal diseases, and associated medical matters to renal patients, their families and carers 4) To promote the needs of renal patients with the appropriate authorities with a view to :- (1) improving the service delivery and ensuring quality provision in dialysis units, and associated wards/clinics etc… and (2) ensuring that the range of renal facilities across the province meets the regional needs of renal patients 5) Encourage scientific research into renal diseases and their treatment by all reasonable means, including the raising of, and/or the contributing of funds for research purposes 6) To improve support systems and clinical medical standards for renal patients and their families and carers 7) Raise public awareness of renal issues in Northern Ireland and promote the Organ Donor Register scheme
