Charitable purposes
The Company’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: The advancement of education, relief of need, and the preservation and protection of health of the inhabitants in North and West Belfast in particular and in any other part of Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and in any other part of the world (“hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) and especially (but not exclusively) women and girls, in particular by (but not limited to) the following means: (a) to provide of a range of services and activities which promote the personal development and positive mental health and wellbeing of the beneficiaries and/ or which advance their education, vocational skills and employability and; (b) to educate and assist children and young people, within the area of benefit, and especially young women and girls, through the services and activities offered by the Company to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.”
