The Trust is established for the advancement of education among young people and in particular:- 3.1 to establish and manage a bursary for young people in the area of benefit who are in need as a result of their youth, social, or economic circumstances, to enable such young people to attend a College in either Oxford or Cambridge Universities so that they may grow to full maturity as young adults and citizens and so that their conditions of life may be improved.
