THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE HEALTH & WELL-BEING AND BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ( HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE BENEFICIARIES") IN NORTHERN IRELAND AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") BY ASSOCIATING STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, COMMUNITY AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND THE INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME AND ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
