The Charity’s Purposes are to:- (1) Promote for the benefit of Deaf People/Hard of Hearing without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religion or other opinions, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, institutions, business and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for health, recreation and leisure time activities, with the object of improving conditions of life for all Deaf People/Hard of Hearing.
