The objects and purposes for which the Company is established are restricted to those which are wholly charitable. The object of the Company is the promotion of the study, practice and knowledge of the art of music in Northern Ireland and elsewhere by the giving and arrangement of concerts and other such means as is thought fit including, without limitation, the provision, maintenance or improvement of performances, educational activities and community engagement by the Ulster Orchestra at venues in Northern Ireland and elsewhere where it is for the benefit of the public generally.
