Objects: The charity is established for the prevention or relief of sickness by: (1) the promotion, provision and teaching of the practice of mindfulness for children and young people in particular, but not exclusively so as to promote and protect good mental health and wellbeing; (2) the provision of financial assistance to charities that work for the prevention or relief of sickness and also to individuals who are in need of medical treatment; (3) such other charitable means as the charity trustees determine. The Trustees must use the income of the Charity in promoting the Objects outlined above.
