OBJECTS (4) The company’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: to advance peace and reconciliation within Cliftonville, Lower Shankhill and Lower Oldpark, and their environs of Belfast (herein after called “the area of benefit”), and to advance the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit, and promote economic and urban regeneration within the locality, and in particular: (a) to operate a community hub and associated leisure and educational facilities at Girdwood Park, on a cross community basis, which provides facilities in the interest of social welfare, for education, recreation and other leisure-time occupation, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinion, nationality, ethnic identity, disability or sexual orientation, with the object of improving the conditions of life of said inhabitants, and building good community relations within the locality; (b) to promote any other purpose, or purposes, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit, which are, or hereafter may be deemed, charitable under the law of Northern Ireland.
