Charitable purposes

The association is established for the victims and families of victims of the Northern Ireland troubles, and to assist those who wish to establish truth and justice and in particular to raise awareness of the collusion which occurred throughout the troubles in Northern Ireland (hereinafter called the 'area of benefit') who are suffering or have suffered as a result of the conflict, their relatives and carers, and in particular: a) to support social inclusion and foster an atmosphere of mutual support and encouragement among persons so affected through the provision of educational, social and recreational activities.
