The Company’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: (a) to promote the benefit of the residents of Twaddell and Woodvale Road area of Belfast and its environs (hereinafter referred to as “the area of benefit”) without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, by advancing education and the arts, promoting community development and urban regeneration within the area of benefit, and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said residents; (b) to promote good community relations and religious and racial harmony; (c) to relieve those in need by reason of their youth, age, ill-health, disability, unemployment, financial or other hardship; (d) to promote any other purpose, or purposes, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit, which are, or hereafter may be deemed, charitable under the law of Northern Ireland; and
