The charity is established for exclusively charitable purposes (‘the purposes’), namely 1) for the relief of those in need by reason of youth age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage and in particular but not limited to the provision of financial assistance and other benefits to meet the charitable need of children disadvantaged by physical or mental disabilities, ill health, poverty, neglect or abuse or otherwise restricted from achieving their full potential by assisting with medical expenses, vacations, trips, sporting activities and special opportunities, bursaries and scholarships amongst others. 2) for the advancement of Education, including but not limited to the identification of situations in developing nations where the provision of educational facilities and resources is lacking and responding to this by providing resources to enable as required the construction of schools, the supply of educational materials, the sponsorship of students or teachers, amongst others. 3) For the advancement of Health and saving lives, including but not limited to the identification of situations in developing nations where the provision of healthcare facilities and resources is lacking, and responding to this by providing resources to enable as required the construction of hospitals and clinics, the supply of medical equipment, the sponsorship of medical workers, amongst others.
