Purposes and classifications
Charitable purposes
The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are to: (a) Advance the health of babies and the wellbeing of parents or carers; (b) Relieve parents or carers experiencing financial hardship; and (c) Advance environmental protection By operating a cloth nappy library service in Northern Ireland (the “area of benefit”) that will provide education, information and guidance on the use of reusable nappies, loan or hire trial cloth nappy kits and provide opportunities for parents or carers of babies to meet to find mutual support, exchange views and share common concerns. Reusable cloth nappies are a chemical free and less costly option than that of purchasing non-reusable nappies and their use will enhance the protection of the environment by reducing landfill waste.
