“The trustees shall hold the trust funds and its income upon trust to apply them in supporting the Belfast Battalion (the “Battalion” of the Boys Brigade (registered charity number 305969) in the advancement of Christ’s kingdom among young people and the promotion of the object of the Boys’ Brigade from time to time (the ‘Object’) by: (i) Granting funds to the Battalion for capital projects and/or the upkeep and maintenance of the Battalion’s property (ii) Guaranteeing any borrowings taken by the Battalion For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing this trust deed is the law of Northern Ireland.
