Charitable purposes

The objects of the Company shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Mayfield Village area and its environs (the area of benefit) without distinction of age, sex, race, ethnicity, ability or religious or political opinion, by associating with statutory authorities, community and voluntary groups and the inhabitants in a common effort to ; - Advance education - Provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit. - Preserve and protect health and provide childcare; - establish or secure the establishment of a centre ,and to maintain and manage the same(whether alone or in cooperation with any local authority or other person or body) - promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
