Charitable purposes

The promotion of Christianity here and abroad by: Preaching and teaching the Bible, Word of God, in Ireland, Africa and wherever and however the Management Committee finds possible. Helping to establish and build churches wherever the Trustees are agreeable to. Supporting and networking with other organisations who the Trustees can prove to agree and comply with Goshen Ministries Statement of Faith. Purchasing, creating and distributing Bibles and other Christian materials approved appropriate by Goshen Ministries Trustees. The promotion of education by: Helping to build schools, dormitories etc. and providing school materials and equipment. Providing financial assistance to those who are struggling with educational fees or boarding costs. Providing assistance for teacher training. Creating opportunities for extra educational support e.g. homework clubs or extra tuition. Relief of poverty and providing humanitarian aid by: Building family homes for orphaned or vulnerable children to be absorbed into already existing families and supporting them until the family become self-sufficient. Building homes suitable for the homeless and financially supporting them until such times as they can live independently. Creating or supporting already existing feeding programmes for street children or others affected by hunger. Networking and supporting other organisations which are already operating in places affected by poverty or disaster. Providing rehabilitation centres, support or any necessary assistance for those affected spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally or any other way by trauma, addictions, homelessness, disaster etc. Creating business opportunities and start up initiatives and supporting these initiatives financially or otherwise as is deemed to be beneficial by the Management Committee. Reaching out to and creating support group groups for the various age groups where Goshen Ministries functions.
