Charitable purposes
The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the income and all or such part of parts of the capital at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees in their absolute discretion shall decide to advance education by the study and appreciation of poetry at the Universities and elsewhere for the public benefit through the provision of workshops, seminars and educational programmes, and for such other exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of Northern Ireland as the Trustees may from time to time decide.
