The provision of signposting service users to external agencies Nothing in the articles will authorise an application of the property pf the charity for purposes, which are not charitable in accordance with section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association is the law of Northern Ireland.
